NatHERS Annual Report, KPIs and Service Charter now available!

In line with the 2015-2018 Strategic Plan, the 2015-2016 NatHERS annual report is now available.

To improve future reporting Key Performance Indicators have been developed. While the majority of outcomes, goals, targets and measures are now set, the NatHERS Administrator will be working with key stakeholders to finalise a number of outstanding measures and targets over the next 12 months.

Finally, in line with the 2016 NatHERS Governance and Operations Review a Service Charter has been developed to outline the NatHERS Administrator’s commitments to its stakeholders.
