Offer to extend accreditation of BERS Pro v4.2, FirstRate5 (v.5.1x) and for conditional accreditation of BERS Pro v4.3

Following the completion of its assessment of BERS Pro v4.3.0.0 (3.13), the NatHERS Administrator has today offered to Energy Inspection (owner of the BERS Pro software used in NatHERS energy rating assessments):

an extension of time for short-term accreditation of the current accredited version of the BERS Pro software v4.2.110811 until 1 February 2016
conditional short term accreditation of BERS Pro v4.3.0.0 until 1 May 2016

Further details will be made available on this website on Tuesday 29 September, once Energy Inspection has had opportunity to consider its response to the conditions of this offer.

An extension of accreditation for the previous version of FirstRate5, v.5.1x, has also been offered to Sustainability Victoria until 1 February 2016. Accordingly, either software version of FirstRate5 currently available in the market would be accredited under NatHERS until 1 February 2016.
