NatHERS News - 23 November 2023

New Assessor Toolkit launched!

A comprehensive ‘one-stop shop’ for assessors has been launched on the NatHERS website. The new Toolkit page includes Whole of Home training materials, information on the NCC 2022 changes, software and technical advice, and important research documents.

Developed in consultation with Assessor Accrediting Organisations (AAOs), the Toolkit is designed to streamline access to all the key information assessors require to do their job.

We recognise that NatHERS assessors are busy people, dealing with complex and evolving technical issues. To reduce the load caused by having to navigate multiple web pages, we’ve collated the most important content, materials, and relevant links in the one place.

The new page includes links to fact sheets, information on gaining and retaining accreditation, and an updated user guide for the new NatHERS certificate.

Assessors are encouraged to email the team if they have any suggestions for additional content.
