The NatHERS Administrator has today published its Strategic Plan 2015-2018.

The Strategic Plan has been developed by Commonwealth, State and Territory government officials in collaboration with stakeholders to establish a clear and focused strategy for progressing NatHERS.

Following a further request for an extension of time from Energy Inspection (owner of the BERS Pro software used in NatHERS energy rating assessments), the NatHERS Administrator has granted:

The states and territories have re-confirmed that after five years of development and consultation, from 1 July 2015 all existing accredited assessors will be required to upgrade their skills to the Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment.
